i love this place !! .. took the sept challenge and got amazing results .. 20 # /25.7 inches ,,,my daughter lost 22#/26.1 inches and my grandson lost 27.5 # /18.5 inches ..6 weeks .. and it is because they care ! .. great 6:00 am class with james ..the owner, natalie is hand on 24/7 .. makes you want to attend and continue to work HARD ,,,i recommend this gym highly and i will continue to attend .

Absolutely love this place. Small gym without the intimidation factor of the larger gyms and everyone there is so friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Comparably priced with other gyms in the area. All the trainers are extremely nice and helpful. Specifically been doing kickboxing classes with Marc for just under 2 months and the results I've had are more than I expected (along with diet and exercise at home). Great personality, fun, knowledgeable and knows his stuff!!!!
