A native of Murrysville, I was visiting family over the holiday weekend, CFT was recommended by trainer based on a quick review of the website. I trained two days, Chris was great and very personable and I was immediately welcomed by the staff and several members introduced themselves. It was a great work out and the community feel of the place was palpable. I returned to my gym to describe my experience to my trainer and he said "that place is legit" I could not agree more, hope to see you again on my next visit back home, all the best to CFT!!
As soon as I walked Crossfit Tantrum for Foundations and was greeted by friendly faces, I knew I would never want to set foot in another gym. The coaches and staff are really knowledgeable and really take time to teach you the movements. Everyone is always encouraging and the people you work out with are the best! You can feel the community-type atmosphere when you come in and your friends really do become your family.
should have joined sooner. joining CrossFit Tantrum was one of the best decisions I've ever made. not only am I in the best shape of my life but I've also met an amazing group of people that have become a second family to me. don't be intimidated or think that you aren't in good enough shape to join. members have a variety of fitness levels but everyone is supportive and pushes one another to be better everyday. the coaches are wonderful. each has his/her own coaching style so there is absolutely someone there that will push you to be your best - whether you need someone yelling in your face or someone who's a bit more laid back. if you've ever wondered about CrossFit or thought about giving it a try - Tantrum is your gym - you'll wish you had joined sooner.

is quick to take your credit card & will bill you immediately yet cannot cancel memebership even after your 3mos until you email a billing department in cyber space. No verbal contact. No coach wants to deal with you anymore and treats you with 0 respect. Make sure you read the small print. Even after you cancel through email only, they have another 30 days & you will STILL recieve another $145 deduction. BEWARE Huge Scam!
