I would never deal with these people. They evIcted a handicapped woman and gave her 15 minutes to get out of her house.she didn't even get her wheelchair and they wouldn't let her back in
Worst experience ever! Contracted for rental management - not paid on time, ever, leases all wrong (and never corrected despite repeated requests), tenant evictions after just a few months of Shiring management (tenants of over 3 years), tenant issues not resolved, lost keys, I could go on. Thousands ($$$) lost and wasted, all while they collected their fee without hesitation. You've been warned, DO NOT use these people there are many others out there you just have to look. Once I was fed up and cancelled the contract their only response was "sounds good", so that should give you an idea of the level of professionalism...
The staff is hard working and does their best to help you. I only have positive praise for the Shiring Agency and staff.
If I could give a negative star I would!! Do not deal with them at all. Very unorganized they don't fix anything! Tells a million stories all lies! They're currently trying to keep our deposit saying with didn't give 60 days notice but was told it had to be 30 days over the phone! And we haven't been in a lease since 2015. Horrible!!! I'm glad the nightmare is ending as we're moving but I will be taking them to court for our deposit
I love working at the "Shiring Agency". We work well together as a team and take our jobs seriously while enjoying a friendly atmosphere. Each of our departments are professional and courteous to the customers, tenants and landlords alike. Great place to work!
