Now I have to wait the weekend for a small package (under a pound, not sensitive in nature and no signature required) they could have easily fit in my mailbox or walked up 5 steps to deliver the package. If I had an option between USPS and UPS for this delivery I would always pick UPS.

We appreciate the service at the Murrysville Post Office. We've had no problems with this post office. Service at this location is as expected, staff is professional and knowledgeable and mail delivery is highly reliable.

Absolutely awful mail service. It's a different person everyday and somehow they consistently screw things up. I either get someone else's mail or pay 2 day priority shipping and track it the day it's supposed to be here (food for my animals) which is kind of important and it says it's delivered and there is a package nowhere to be found. I wish there was a possible alternative for me and possible to give them a 0 star review because they don't even deserve the one star. I am fed up!

Funny thing is that I received two other packages today, one in the mail box and one on front steps... Sad really.

This post office needs shut down they have been delivering my mail to the vacant house behind me,No one lives there the guy passed away years ago,The mail is always late it sits at the office they aren’t capable of sorting correctly I thought monroevilee post office was bad murrysville is the worst ever

Went on vacation 12 hours away, put a stop hold because I was expecting packages and they delivered my week of mail and packages... I guess a stop hold means nothing. You can't call the phone number, it hangs up and says busy line.

The negative reviews are unfortunate. Most customers usually don't bother to share their positive views unless it is for some extraordinary service. On the other hand, a frustrated customer is (sometimes understandably) quick to vent her/his frustration.

Packages are often not delivered because the drivers report they cannot access my home to deliver the package. This is very untrue, perhaps they cannot access my garage door which they often drive up to and basically drop the package out of the LLV, but if they had not drove past my front door steps to do so they could have easily walked up 5 steps (clean and maintained) to deliver the package to my front door instead of my uncovered garage door... Or, if they were so inclined they could even go to the back porch. Sadly this is not the case and they just report that they simply cannot access the house at all to deliver the package (which if they had used an ounce of effort) they could have not drove past my front door to attempt to deliver it to my often unaccessible side entrance due to multiple vehicles and trailers.
