Dylan and James came to replace my hot water tank and fix a shower leak. They were upfront about everything and did excellent work. I would highly recommend them and will use Roto-Rooter in the future.
Dave was able to come out to our apartment complex in a very reasonable amount of time and snake an extremely clogged drain for one of our residents. Very professional and prompt, although a bit more expensive than some competitors. However, I presented a coupon and they were able to bill us accordingly.
I called a couples other plumbing company before I reached Roto rooter, I’ve always leaned on small local owned businesses for repair for equipments because all the bad reviews I hear from big franchise until I called Roto rooter. Our big water heater in the back has a burned out wire, called one water heater company they wanna charge me a few thousand dollars for the repair and putting additional gears in place, heck no! That’s when I came across Roto rooter, Dominic was the technician that came, addressed the problem quickly and charged me less than half what the other guy did, and he stayed until he made sure the problem is non existence, i would recommend this company to anyone.
Very nice and friendly staff and employees. I read a review about them online. I used them in a jam. Roto rooted is way over priced and very poor plumbing craftsmanship. Never repaired problem and charged me for a repair when they knew they were not getting hired. A kindergartener could have done better plumbing and cement repair. Do not hire
